Scott Eisenberg
Scott Eisenberg has over 40 years of advising lower middle market companies on financial matters. He has completed over 75 investment banking transactions and has advised over 300 companies on financial and operational matters. He has been a court appointed Receiver or Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) over 35 times.
Previous to founding Franklin Capital Advisors, Eisenberg was a Managing Director at Capstone Partners, a national investment banking and turnaround consulting firm. Prior to that, for 26 years he was the co-founder of Amherst Partners, a regional investment banking and restructuring firm. He was also a Vice President at a subordinated debt investment firm and was a Manager in the National Office Corporate Finance Group of Deloitte.
Eisenberg currently is on the board of 4 operating companies - PC Server & Parts, Sterling Technologies, Speed Grip and Custom Equipment - and is on the board of two not-for-profits. He previously has served on the board of four other companies and numerous not-for-profits and profesisonal trade organizations.
Eisenberg is has a BS in Accounting from the University of Illinois and an MBA in Finance from Indiana University. He is a fitness enthusiast (yoga, tennis, cycling) and plays the drums for fun.
